  • Express Shipping Orders: Refunds are available only if cancellation is requested within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Overnight Shipping Orders: Refunds are not available, as these orders are dispatched within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.

  • Delivered Orders: Once an order has been delivered, refunds cannot be processed. This is because we cannot verify the integrity or authenticity of the medications after delivery.

  • Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery: Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
